Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy: 1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty, agreement, and regulations, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract, cancel the order, or return or exchange the product provided by Choukr Jewelry within three days from the date of receipt of the order, and this right expires after three days. 2. To return or exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and unused, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. Choukr Jewelry has the right to inspect the product before accepting its return or exchange to verify its condition. 3. The consumer does not have the right to return or exchange the product in the following cases: - if the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request according to specifications they specified themselves, such as but not limited to name customization. This excludes products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. - if a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 4. If the cancellation request is made after manufacturing and before the shipping stage, the consumer bears the manufacturing costs, which are estimated by the relevant department at Choukr Jewelry based on the number and types of products. After deducting costs, the refunded amount will be deposited into the consumer's account within a maximum of 14 working days. 5. If the payment method is Mada or via Apple Pay Mada, bank fees for the transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount, calculated at 2% of the order value. If the payment method is Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay Visa or MasterCard, a deduction of 2.5% of the order value will be applied. If the purchase was made through the financial intermediary (Tabay or Tamara), an administrative fee of 7% will be deducted from the order value. 6. If the provisions of the above cancellation, return, and exchange policy are met, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product to Choukr Jewelry by delivering the product to one of SMSA's branches with a shipping receipt if delivery was by order delivery, or by handing it over to the branch or one of our representatives if it was express delivery. It should be noted that a shipping fee of 60 riyals will be deducted from the refunded amount, in addition to the fees mentioned in paragraph 5 of the return and exchange policy. The refunded amount will be deposited into the consumer's account according to the payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned order. 7. The customer must send the product within a maximum of two days from sending the shipping receipt to avoid cancellation of the return or exchange process.
